The following is documentation of one of they "unknown" council's own badges. When I saw what you had posted on the online museum, I recognized the "red shape" as the 1982's World's Fair Flame logo. With a little digging I found the worlds fair was held in the Tanasi Council TN). Joyce Maienschein of the Tanasi council confirmed my suspicions that it was a World's Fair Badge & was even able to find one and the requirement on how it was earned. Donna Donaldson |

I have information on these two badges above:
The first one is called the "Gettysburg Historic program badge"
for Junior level.
The 2nd badge is also from the same council is called the
"Electricity Badge".
I have the requirements, but they are too long to type.
To my knowledge, both of these Council's own junior badges are
still actively be offered. These were offered by a council
near Gettysburg. I know only have the initials PLGSC.
