I found most of these images in the Girl Scout Leader magazines - usually page 2 of the fall/winter issues from the 1990's. Some I have never seen before.

This ornament is from Midwest Christmas Ornaments. The uniform is from 1994, so it dates to around then. I seem to remember buying it at my council office.
